• Initial meeting is 1 month prior to your wedding day to review wedding details and kick off vendor communication.

• Coordination of all vendors and creation of timeline for the day’s events, including vendor and venue confirmation calls and emails.

• Day of coordination of vendors, timeline, set-up, ceremony, reception until the dance floor opens .

• Setup of personal decor items, limited to lightweight elements such as centerpieces, table numbers, and escort cards.

• Week of wedding call to take the edge off those wedding jitters and last minute what ifs

• Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal

• Unlimited email communication during office hours throughout the 1 month planning period.

For couples who have a handle on planning but want an extra set of hands.

• Initial Meeting within one week of booking and access to our planning system for: RSVP tracking, checklist reminders, vendor payment coordination, and more.

• Unlimited access to planner via email during the planning process

• 3 additional planning meetings via phone 

• 1 in person planning meeting including venue walk-through. 

• Assistance with curating transportation timeline

• Creation of wedding weekend timeline

• Coordination of ceremony rehearsal

• On-site for vendor arrival and set up

• Cerermony and reception personal item set up

• On site to help execute timeline (up to 12 hours)

• Tear down personal items from ceremony and reception and load into designated area / vehicle.

Couples that have all the details but just need help with making the details come together on paper

• Additional hours on-site/clean up: $100/hour

• Rehearsal Dinner Attendance/Coordination - $300
