Day of Wedding Coordination: $1500

• One month out, we’re officially a team. We’ll meet to go over all the details, talk through your vision, and get everything ready for the final stretch.

• I take over the communication. I’ll connect with your vendors and venue, confirm the important details, and make sure everyone is working from the same game plan.

• Your timeline is my love language. I’ll create and manage a detailed wedding-day timeline so you, your wedding party, family, vendors, and venue all know what’s happening and when.

• The week-of “OMG, WHAT IF…” call. We’ll talk through those last-minute details, questions, and wedding jitters so you can head into your wedding feeling confident and ready. Rain or shine, we’re getting you hitched!

• On wedding day, I’m ON IT. I’ll be there for up to 12 hours, coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, overseeing setup, keeping the ceremony and reception running smoothly, and making sure everything is ready to roll when the dance floor opens. Need me a little longer? Additional on-site hours are available.

• If it needs to get done, I’m your girl. 200 perfectly placed napkins? Done. Boutonnieres and corsages that need to be distributed? I’ve got it. Dessert table that needs to be styled and ready before guests arrive? Say less. You tell me what needs to happen and I’ll handle the rest. Within reason, of course. 😉

• Additional hours on-site/clean up: $100/hour

• Rehearsal Dinner Attendance/Coordination - $300
